# Real-Time Exchange Rate Query V2

> Query USD-to-target-currency recharge or withdrawal rates by transactionType via /common/quote/v3/exchange-rate; the response includes the last rate update time.

**Description:**

* Query USD exchange rates for converting to other currencies, supporting both recharge and withdrawal rates, with the latest update time returned

**URL:**

`/common/quote/v3/exchange-rate`

**Method:** POST

**Request Parameters:**

| Parameter | Required | Type | Description |
| :- | :- | :- | :- |
| appId | Yes | String | Any valid appId, used for signature verification |
| sourceCurrency | Yes | String | Source currency, fixed as USD, currency codes in uppercase |
| targetCurrency | Yes | String | Target currency, currency codes in uppercase |
| transactionType | Yes | String | Rate type: `Recharge` for deposit rate, `Withdraw` for withdrawal rate |
| sign | Yes | String | Signature |

**Response Parameters:**
