# Real-time Reconciliation Report Creation

> Asynchronously create merchant reconciliation report tasks for collection, payout, and fund flow reports.

**Description:**

* **Asynchronously creates a merchant reconciliation report task, supporting the generation of collection, payout, and fund flow reports by time range. After successful creation, a `reportId` is returned. Use the "Reconciliation Report Query" API to poll the task status and retrieve the download link.**
* **Limit: a single appId can create at most 50 tasks per day, and the maximum time range per query is 31 days.**

**Parameters:**

| appId | Yes | Long | Business ID (obtained from the backend) |
| type | Yes | Integer | Type: 15:payout orders, 20:collection orders, 40:Transaction Details |
| startDate | No | String | Start date of the creation time range (UTC), format: yyyy-MM-dd. Required together with `endDate` when `type` is 40 |
| endDate | No | String | End date of the creation time range (UTC), format: yyyy-MM-dd. Required together with `startDate` when `type` is 40 |
| successTimeStartDate | No | String | Start date of the success time range (UTC), format: yyyy-MM-dd |
| successTimeEndDate | No | String | End date of the success time range (UTC), format: yyyy-MM-dd |
| sign | Yes | String | Signature |
